We pride ourselves to make the dining at the wedding to be as memorable as the whole day and welcome meetings with the bride and groom so that the catering is personalised to their requirements. Below is a selection of menu’s which are often altered for  your special occasion.

Smoked Salmon drizzled with a Soy, Ginger and sesame sauce
Fan of melon with a fresh berry coulis
Traditional or Thai scented Prawn cocktail
Fan of Melon topped with a slice of Black Forrest Ham
Country Pate with our onion marmalade and crusty roll
Cream of carrot and coriander soup
Roast tomato, capsicum and basil soup
Cream of Broccoli and almond/stilton soup
Bruchetta topped with tomato, pepper and feta cheese Basil and Olive oil

Oven Roasted Breast of Chicken with a selection of sauces Cream brandy and white wine sauce, Honey Lemon and Ginger sauce, Woodland mushroom and cream, Mediterranean arabiatta sauce, Apple and Calvados Cream,
Roast fillet of salmon on a bed of oriental vegetables or dill cream and lemon sauce
Prime Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and a rich stock gravy
Greek Stuffed Peppers with pine nuts and a roast tomato jus (Vegetarian)
Roasted tomato, red onion and fetta cheese tart with fresh basil and balsamic vinegar (Vegetarian)

Fresh Strawberry cheesecake with a dark chocolate and brandy sauce
Baileys Cheesecake on a chocolate base and dusted with dark chocolate. Vanilla cheesecake with salted caramel sauce. Our own Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla quenelles
Tarte aux Citron – French Lemon and Cream Tart
Tropical Fresh Fruit Pavlova with a summer berry coulis
Chocolate and Black Cherry Italian Trifle
Shortbread Hearts topped with Chantilli cream and strawberries (when in season)
